Washington Street (Indianapolis, IN~2007)

I covered the entire distance of Washington Street by foot on two separate occasions. Washington Street dissects the city of Indianapolis connecting Highway 465, a beltway that circles the city. Washington Street is an ordinary road and was chosen for its perceived mundane qualities. This is a survey of encounters and what would transpire.
